Support Groups

The Center for Suicide Awareness offers support groups for both young people and adults. Our focus is on teaching coping skills, discussing the stages of grief, and simply giving the gift of presence – to be here when you need us.

Support GroupAttendees can share, listen, or simply be among others who understand their feelings and have shared a common tragedy. There are no expectations, no questions, no labels and no judgment. Support groups are not therapy or counseling. We invite anyone to attend, and we simply offer support. We are here because we care.

We currently offer a variety of support groups, which vary as the need arises. Please contact us for specific meeting dates and times. There is no cost to attend a support group.

Adult Grief Support Groups: for adults who have lost a loved one to suicide.

Drop-in Support Groups: simply call for times available.
